Our original Big Grippa lead is back by popular demand, but with a few improvements that make it even better than the original. Popular with anglers fishing long distances or in rivers, they can also stay in place on banks or the edges of gravel bars. The shape has been changed slightly to give them a more weight saving design which not only makes them easier to cast but also works with our new Center Of Gravity Grommet system and these leads have a hole on the Nose end specifically for this purpose. The weight distribution and “nubbed” design helps the lead grip the bottom rather than sliding across it, and this means you can use a smaller size to achieve the same result as a regular lead. The hole in the center can be stuffed with paste to create additional attraction near your rig.
